ECL exam has been included in the list of international exams that are
equal to the foreign language state centralised examinations in Latvia.
The ECL Certificate
is a European Union document that certifies a foreign language proficiency
level. This certificate is recognized by all EU member states and
therefore can be used for work and study abroad purposes.

ECL certification examination in English, German, Spanish or Russian at
the Baltic International Academy Foreign Language Centre and ECL
Certification.
